I am looking for a skilled AutoCAD drafter to create detailed architectural drawings for a 2-car garage apartment. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing residential spaces and be proficient in AutoCAD software. The garage is already finished new construction. i will provided a floor plan layout. must match the house. we are building apartment above. this is the schematic design phase. Size: - The garage apartment will be designed for a 2-car garage. Layout: - The desired layout for the apartment is a one-bedroom configuration. Interior Design: - While I have specific requirements for the interior design, I am also open to suggestions and creative ideas. Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in AutoCAD software - Experience in residential architectural design - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret design requirements - Knowledge of building codes and regulations If you have a portfolio showcasing your previous work in garage apartment design and are able to deliver high-quality, accurate drawings within the specified timeframe, I would love to hear from you.
