The attachment you attached is Adobe Audition peak file used to speed up loading and data display on a project file but not the full audio data itself. We use several tools for processing audio - SunVox, FLS, Sonar, Vynil, Audacity and Levelator. If you desire so we can work on a 30 second sample for you free of charge.
