The back end the dashboard have to be easy friendly . -images and replacement of images . -Inventory and resource management. -Customer and order management. -Delivery and payment tracking. -Email marketing Campaigns -Stock reminder. -Coupons and gift cards. -Site metric and inventory report -Accounting report (cost-retail) -customer habits (customer clicks) I am sure also have lots more idea for e-commerce than me so please don’t hastate to mention them .
