Classic ASP webpage error diagnosis and solution

We are a team of developers with expertise and experience in classic ASP. We have developed many complex and extensive sites / applications in classic ASP and MS Sql. We have also coded forms that send out mails. We are confident of resolving the error. We will fix 424 error. After that emails will work if the Hosted Server / SMTP Server allows the mails to pass through. It looks like there should be simple problem to it and should not cost much. I want to check the sources and query to database output so I can pinpoint the problem. And I want to do this before you accept my bid. If there is big things to handle, I'll let you know ;)
