Develop Performance Management System Using RAD Tool (Wappler.io)

I would like to develop a Strategy and Performance Management System (S&PMS) based on [login to view URL], a full-stack low-code rapid application development (RAD) tool that can generate PHP, NodeJS, and ASP.NET code and deal with different database types. I will share more details with the qualified bidders. I assume the bidder will spend more time reviewing the provided manuals and watching system tutorial videos, with minimal guidance. For maps, dashboards, and charts I prefer utilizing any of the open-source visualization tools, as well as the reporting feature, rather than building new ones. So, I assume the bidder will propose suitable tools that can be used.
