I work for an authorized dealer for directv. I work in the sales dept and i go to business' offering service gir their business. I have a potential customer that is interested in the service but wants to know for sure that the contract price will not go up after the first yr and wants it in writing. Well, i dont have any thing promising that the price wont change after the first yr because the truth is, price will go up $20 after the first year. Its a one yr promotion with a 2 yr contract. What I would like is an email stating to him that unfortunately the price will go up $20 after the first year but I will try my best to be able to keep him at the best price possible after that first year. Can anyone help with making this email professional as possible but also help in great words convince this customer to feel confortable to signing up (a little sales experience can help too
