I'm currently working on building an application using vb.net and UWP. Part of this application is to interface with an external BLE device to read/write data to its GATT. I'm looking for a freelancer with solid experience in BLE applications using vb.net to help me complete this part. I'm looking for advices that are paid in hourly rate. This application is for testing only and there is a potential to assign the awarded freelancer to build the final application to work on Windows desktops and Mobiles. Please state your time of availability in your proposal so I will no if this time suites me or not. Thanks
