I am looking to make a 22 - 25 minute animation of a voice over I have created. The animator must first draw a sample of the main character, the princess to show me his skills as well show me the movement of the character. I want high quality animation in 2D. I have only $1200, I am looking for an animator willing to work with that. It is a princess story so it has to be done great. I want a design of a beautiful black princess.
