Mobile app needed

HELLOO EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!! I need a mobile app made, The app will consist of having the user log in through Facebook then selecting an existing profile or creating a new profile (the profile should contain data like name birthday weight and height and an image of the person) Then once they selected the profile they want to choose they then would have the option to either go to profile or create an event. If they pick profile they can update profile info or see the history of event images they made or watch the time lapse video of the pictures they taken, A time lapse video is a video made up of multiple images played in a video at high speed. click on the link below for an example [login to view URL] If they pick event then they would be asked to input the time the date input the height, the weight and the event then the user should be given the option to take a picture or upload from the camera roll. Then the data that was inputted and the picture should be creatively and randomly embedded on 8 set themes with various effects and filters that they can choose from. Here is also where the user can purchase additional themes. After the final image is made with the info and image. Then the user should be asked to either upload to the camera roll, Facebook or Instagram OR take an additional picture for a time lapse video. IF the user selects to take an additional picture the user should align the persons face within a specified border on the screen for a time lapse video that will be created with the images that are taken and stored. All the data should be backed up some how so that just in case the user switches phones or deletes the app all they have to do is re-sign in with the Facebook log in and there data will still be there. I will also need assistance getting it approved with apple and droid.
