Arduino programming, Android, iPhone app

Hello, I'm developing a new product that is Arduino hardware and software based. I have had a PCB made that has integrated basically the Arduino UNO and LED/audio and RF all into one board. It uses the HC-05 bluetooth shield so it can be controlled by an Android or iPhone app. We're having the typical communication problems communicating from a smartphone over bluetooth, plus need more programs to create audio/visual effects, and getting this thing user friendly. I need help in generating new programs, to perfect the android app, and to create the iPhone app. This is an ongoing project and will need ongoing support. This project is urgent. I need good communication, someone who can work quickly and efficiently. I'm self funding this project so don't even bother if your real expensive. Like i said this is ongoing, so I want someone I can work with for an extended time.
