Hello, I went through your attachment, and here is one of the answers to concerns:
1. We can log the phone calls as well record the calls and keep them for logs. The concern would be to be HIPAA compliant at all times and allow a way for patients to request deletion of their data without you retaining any copies.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Is the system going to be forwarding, like forward calls internally from the start or are we looking to expand it gradually as feat.
2. The reports generated should be HIPAA compliant and anyway that you would be providing knowledge to the patients?
3. How are you planning to manage user data?
