Associate Finance & Operations Automation(Fintech)

You are responsible for making sure the various parts of the label is working. From working with the owner to forcast the company budget and various expenses, while supporting the accounts payables, receivables, book keeping and growing cases. As the finance manager of the owner, you are able to break all the investment portfolios into the calender month to show the various expenses of the company within both the fiscally conservative budget as well as the inflated budget that shows when the company is able to project sending it's workers back to work, securing financing and how much financing that would look like from the local economy, within the need for housing for it's executives, residential and commercial locations for it's workers, hotel accommodations for it's seasonal artists, flights, travel, ground, hospitality, insurance, food, per diems, various provinces of which need to be relincensed, revenue capacity from tickets and the various promoters that will need to be employed to go back to work, number of promoter/tickets that needs to be coming in/week from each distribution center for promoter to stay active as reseller of the brand, various properties, current burn rate of the brand within the various montly expenses and bills, I am looking for the accountant that's able to grow with the brand on a per time basis. As a contractor, this is someone that's able to look at the revenue i'm making from a range of my deals, services, music streaming services, and much more and really start to grow on a week to week. I want someone who is able to invest 1 hour of work into me as a development label each week and be able to provide 1 million hours of value, that can be translated to 1 million dollars, every time they come to work to get things done. While the inflated budget may not be something that attainable, i want someone able to separte the reoccuring bills so this way slowly the bills are starting to get paid by this department within things being automated. From hiring and pay roll, to technology for the workers and promoters to be able to look at their various credits on their digital accounts, while being able to have digital IDs that can be connected to the brand's apps and various analytics, i'm looking for a fintech specialist that's able to replace my need for a CFO, while integrating various ways for my clients to log into my platform and write the various inquiries they have for the various talents they are looking to gain information from from a finance perspective and this inquiries is able to come to finance department as well as me as the owner within the need to start having things ringed in as funds coming in. With the need to connect this "Payout" system to the various technologies that's produced of which will show the ability of clients being able to open projects and get their reports and close projects while working through our platforms system in getting them the various reports they require for the services we've provided. As accounts payable and receivables, you are working to really start to add the various debitors and creditors to the brand in a way whereby their information and such can be equipped and our platform can start to meet some of the highest financial standards. With a priority and understanding of the tax market, within wanting to grow with a social enterprising company, i'm looking for someone able to deal with the various business management aspect of the day to day while being able to have a development background in supporting the various apps and services we start to develop. While there's a need for this position to prioritize cybersecurity as a compromising position, looking for the right type of talent looking to provide quality work to mitigate the risk associated with development work. While we are starting small with a dollar and a dream the focus on multimedia events requires a CFO that's able to engage the artists, the same way they engage the volunteers.
