URL Info to DOS or Pardaox file update

First listing for quick small project to see how good a system is for future works. Need to export data from a ODBC Superoffice database into a CSV file or direct into a Paradox DOS ver 3.0 database for legacy reasons Superoffice can generate a URL / Webpage. i.e. o://data.htm&first=Paul&Second=Lastname&add1=Buckingham Palace&add2=Palace Road&City=London&Tel=020 8123 4567 etc. Would result in data being exported / input as follows: Paul,Lastname,Buckingham Palace,Palace Road,London,020 8123 4567 Would like this webpage to have button that when clicked achieves one of the following: Option 1. Take data output from URL generated automatically, strip data and output into a csv file then load batch file form Paradox to import data Option 2. Export data from ODBC database and output into a csv file then load batch file form Paradox to import data
