Wordpress built website

We are an eco housing developer and we are looking to build a new homes website to list all of our developments online, at the moment we require an interim solution which we are happy to use a wordpress theme for. We also need to be able to plug in a COINS html code to work compatibly with the site. Our current developer has let us down and we are now looking for a quick turn around at a reasonable price, i have uploaded the wireframes. Please note that there are a few other pages that follow the same format as one or two of the wireframed pages attached and therefore will just require duplication, the attached are just the set of unique page wireframes.
