WordPress Designer / Developer / Builder

We are a Kent based agency catering for a wide range of clients varying from small web projects to larger bespoke projects. For smaller projects / low budgets we tend to build WordPress websites based off of templates purchased from ThemeForest or similar. How we go about this is to open the demo version of the theme, and using a combination of PhotoShop and the "Inspect Element" function on web browsers, we edit the theme, replacing text with the clients wording, images, change link/heading/text colours and add in the client logo and contact details in the footer area. We do things this way in case the client doesn't like the design. Only when the client approves the design (most of the time clients will approve the first design or maybe request a few tweaks which can be accommodated during the build) do we purchase the theme and build the website. We are looking for someone who has design flair and creativity either with a Graphic Design background but also experience using WordPress and the ability to build websites from start to finish. some knowledge of CSS / HTML / PHP would also be beneficial but not essential. We have many small "bread and butter" easy WordPress template projects that generally take no more than 2-3 days work (sometimes less). We try to take a systematic approach with clients who require a small site built, requesting all content, images and logo in advance so the mock-up and build process can be completed quickly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who is UK based - if you live in or around the Kent/Surrey/Sussex/Essex counties that would be good, however we are happy to work remotely with someone nationwide. Smaller budgets range from £300-£600 for SIMPLE WordPress template websites that are efficiently organised and managed by us whereas others can be more.
