Hi, I've worked with lots of open source libraries and programs and can help you build this one. Generally they are all the same, download dependencies, configure, make and install them and then build the final program.

You know that most of the information is online and there is really no need to pay someone for this type of stuff. If you have used a compiler before then you have used them all. The same for any language. I did notice that the code you have is project is C++ but there is other options available. C# is by far the best and visual Basic would probably be the best for you. 1.) You can load your project or Solution (preferable a solution) from File and Open. 2.) There should be a Debug, Build, Run or whatever on the "Top Menu Bar" (the very top menu). You should have a status update on the lower left of the window that tells you your current status. It should say successful or completed. Any errors should also show on the bottom of the screen.

Maybe if you wanted, we can use some free remote support account (ex : TeamViewer), so I can guide you during the process or maybe you can give me info about your OS & what kind of programming development tools you already installed in your system, and then I can give you a step by step guide.
