Website Design Revemp Project

I am looking to hire a freelance UX/web designer to revamp my pilot product www.freightmango.com. Currently in its basic pilot avatar, we need to revamp the UX and UI with a coherent thematic layer across the product. There are also additional sections and flow components within the product that will need to be re-looked as part of the project. Our first priority is to ensure the revamp of the UX and UI from a consumer (shipper) perspective, and then move on to other elements such as Vendor side and Internal operations side of things. We are a growing startup with a limited design bandwidth and would like to have someone versatile who has experience with creating a full fledged running website from scratch. This is a layered product with many nuances and the designer will need to be able to appreciate the same and showcase it in the output. We are currently servicing customers in India, but are soon going to launch global markets sequentially and want the website to have a global feel before the same. Output expected is a complete web page by page design with feedback and approval on each stage for closure, style guides and high fidelity designs that can be converted into an HTML page
