Hi Lisa, I have had a good look at your existing web site. I can see you have invested many hours adding material. And I am impressed that you update your site regularily (if only more people did so). The main priority with a site like yours is to organise the Home Page. This should allow visitors to your site to a) find out who you are, and b) sample and navigate to your content. Also lacking on your current site is any form of Search. This will really benefit users as they can find the information they want very quickly. For this project I would create the home page design, set up search, and other required pages. I would then create a template and provide you with instructions for updating the home page and creating as many additional pages as you wish.
