I have recently opened a shopify store and added paypal checkout as a payment option. But when anyone tries to purchase an item from my store via paypal checkout they get this error: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant." My account is linked with a credit card, verified email, and is upgraded to a business account.
