Link building forum blog posts for turism website (long term project)

Hi Guys, I need for a travel website (hotel,apartment booking service) Blog Posting - 50 per Month Forum Posting / Signature - 200 per Month Article Submission - 20 per Month Product Recommendations - 20 per Month Focus on UK/Europe/US sites of the above. - Links must be PERMANENT, free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website - The page our link is placed on must be PR5+, not just the site's main page - There is no more than 20 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed - Page must be updated by Google within the last 30 days - Links must contain our key phrases as a text hyperlink - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics - Link page should be only from English language sites - Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. - Will not accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, pharmacy, illegal, hacker, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link exchanges - Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa - No sites banned by google. - Must be manually submitted. - No link schemes, No ping sites, No links within newsgroups - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses - No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) - Link pages must be related to Home Improvement, Real estate, Moving, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage - Links must be submitted naturally to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once.e.g. 6 to 8 per day /250 per month - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) - No blacklisted or spam sites. - You must also provide me with a list of the top ranked PR5+ links which I will verify. List to be emailed to me in excel format for my approval before starting. The links must be LEGIT and PERMANENT. This will be an ongoing job for around one year. No timewasters! We will want confimration before submission and updates on a weekly basis. We can of course help with content as our area is specialised.
