Requirements We would like a custom website "template" that could be to create multiple stores at no additional expense. The system must be fast and modern, and very EASY to use and set up. I am not a programmer, but I want to be able to use this template to create multiple stores. I would need to be able to upload the sites myself to different web folders : [login to view URL] [login to view URL], etc. See examples at: <i>REMOVED</i> - this is just an example, open to any great design ideas. We sell shirts, mugs, and other promotional items. We create about 12-15 sites a year. Elements in common: Shipping Chart: this is based on the dollar size of the order ($1-$5 would be x amount, 5.01-$10 would be x amount) and then it switches to a percentage of the subtotal (after $120 shipping is 10% of order total). We would also need the ability to turn on/off the option of rush shipping, which is double the normal shipping. If a customer selected rush shipping, it would need to indicate RUSH SHIPPING in comment field Order Retrieval: We need to retrieve the orders in a very specific ascii file format. file one would contain: (not all fields are used, but layout would need to include:) File name: [login to view URL] 'Item ID','Item Name','Sub Field','Sub Field Option','Price','New Item','Update Item', 'Out Of Stock', 'Taxable Item' The other file contains customer info: File name: [login to view URL] "Call Number","Promotion","Date","Time","CSR","Pay Type","Credit Card Number","CC Exp Date","Tax ID Number","Bill To Company","Bill To First Name","Bill To Last Name","Bill To Address 1","Bill To Address 2","Bill To City","Bill To State","Bill To Zip","Bill To Country","Bill To Phone","Bill To Fax","Bill To E-Mail","ADA Member Number","Order Source","Comments","Subtotal","Tax","Shipping","Total" We would need to be able to assign a number to the "promotion" field. Not all fields are used. All products must be exported, even individual t-shirt sizes (meaning a medium t-shirt has a different item number as a large t-shirt, but customers would need to have the option to order all shirts as one item). This information would be dowloaded in a management section. After the download, the orders would be flagged that they have been dowloaded. I would imagine the system asking "do you want to download all outstanding orders?" This would all have to happen in a https secure environment. We would need to be able to view all orders with filters on date, name, whether it was dowloaded, etc.). Product Upload We would want to be able to upload the product info (item#, description, image, pricing (our prices have quantity breaks, 1-100 = $x, 101-249 = xy, etc. ) I want you to provide a layout and we could just upload the file so we do not have to manually enter 100 items. Common Elements What I would really like is for you to design this site with a specific look for a given logo, but also, I would want the option to create additional stores by adding our own graphics. This would need to be a rather simple process that would enable us enter our own graphics, etc. Common elements to the store include an event logo, a sponsor, a request for catalog, download pdf of catalog, event description, etc. I would like the option that after creating this site, that we could just copy it and change the graphics easily for a new program. I would like it simple enough so that we could create it yourself by just adding graphics to a template, or have the option for you to design each site with a custom look and feel. Time Frame: I need this within 30-45 days. I could use much sooner, but I want you to be provide a realistic time frame. I need product support. I would like a price to create the basic template, then the price for you to customize future templates. I have a few projects that I want to start immediately, so let me know what you think.
