321696 Website Temp touch up & cut

I have designed a website template for a company and have the following done. The template is 13.978 x 11.03 inches The template is currently designed in corel. I will need you to redesign it as necessary to enhance resolution and to aid you in cuttig it. I need your design to be exactly like the template I have made. I am going to provide you the following 1. the mock template design 2. the graphics that are in the mock template design 3. the pictures that I need to see on the template. Here is what I want you to also do. 1. The picture on the top part of the template will change every 3seconds and will draw pictures from the ones I send you. 2. The buttons will have a roll over effect 3. The picture gallery will be a galler of all the pictures that I send you. You will create thumbnails and allow use to click to see bigger image. The gallery will be manually designed and will use the pictures I send to you (12 pictures) 4. The main page will have the text as indicated on the mock layout. 5. Purchasing financing will open to a black white space in the template. Note: I will add wording to this later. Just ensure financing opens to a blank white space within the template. 6. Product accessories opens to blank white space that I will code later on 7. Video gallery will be a youtude link of our videos I will include thise later.. now make it open in white space. 8. Links opens to white space. 9. Contact us opens to a white space as well. I will code a contact us script in there later. 10. Note that white space refers to the space on the template that is for content. 11. Request more information opens to a request page with white space. (note: when I talk to white space this is after you have cut.. make the Request have a roll over with a sound clip like a click.. make the Roll over have a good contrast. More than half the work is alread done here from a design angle. I need you to finish the job as per my specs.. I am already preparing the pictures and file package.
