Redesign of site with CSS

This project is for an exiting functioning e-commerce website. The scope of the project in the sequence of importance: 1. Redesign the site with excellent and well-organized CSS. No or minimal tables can be used (If table is used, it must be justifiable either becuase it can not be done in CSS or because of a lot overhead when using CSS). No absolute position can be used except for the top level component. **I design and implement the site myself, so I know every technical details. I will veriy myself.** 2. Change the menu bar to be a dropdown menu bar. Right now there are 9 menu items in the menu bar. I want some of the menu items to be dropdown menu when it is clicked or mouseovered. 3. Improve the header of the site with new logo (new logo will be provided by me). 4. Improve the color schemes and fonts. Three color schemes (themes) are needed. 5. Simple icons to replace html button and other place where appropriate. Further details: 1. This project includes these pages (they are all existent and working pages in the current website): 1) Home page (right now it is a product category page, i would like to change if appropriate) 2) Product Category page 3) Product Listing page 4) Product Detail page 5) Shopping Cart page 6) Contact Us page 7) Subscription page (new page) 8) Login page 9) Registration page 10) My Account pages (including profile, billing, and shipping) 11) Checkout billing page 12) Checkout shipping page 13) Checkout confirmation page 14) Checkout receipt page 2. This project only requires HTML, CSS and Javascript. The provider only provides static html file for each page. No backend integration is needed. 3. All html files must be free of warnings and errors based on HTML 4.0 using Firfox Html Source plugin. 4. All html files must have same look and feel across different browsers including IE5&6, Firefox 1.5 and after. Payment: GAF or PayPal when the work is done and accepted.
