Re Design of Current Website & Mobile Pages

Hi, Need a designer who will use Photoshop to redesign a few website pages for me. Its a nice design as it is but I want a much better one, needs to stay in keeping more a less with current structure for the website like interchangeable backdrops etc, but the I want a standard page layout for a website and Mobile application Designs. Website Pages: * Welcome Page * Sign in Page * Profile Page * Marketplace Page * Promo Page Mobile Application Pages: * Welcome * Options * Profile Followed by all icon packs, templates etc so I can re edit and re use this for other pages all in PSD please. I can provide current PSD's and links so you know what your working with for both website and mobile pages, but I want something better and I need it done rather soon hence the listing. I can also send some examples of what I want and have seen from other websites along with examples of our own before I send links and PSD's.
