328178 HTML Site Template

I need an html file template that is very similar to the link below: [login to view URL] I am just looking for the format of that page, not looking to copy the exact page...just an example. I would like it divided into two columns , the left for the video player, which is more room, and divided on the right for the arrow (want a different arrow) pointing down to the aweber opt in box. I would like the arrow graphic to be one of those arrows that looks like it was hand drawn on the paint application. I would also need help making the opt in box that links to my aweber look like the one on the page where I can put a custom buttom that sends Send, similar to the one in the page. Simple project, but need it asap done with 24 hours. When you bid please let me know if you have any samples of html files that are similar to this so I can look at them and pick you...
