Desktop Application for Windows (Uses API for Data)

Hello, We need someone to build a windows desktop application using Microsoft Technologies of our application that is already developed in JAVA. App: Small Screens: - Language Selection (Google Language Api) - Terms and Conditions (Retrieve from Server using API) - Virtual Machine Check, Microphone Check, Bandwidth Check, Camera Check - Select Country (Just Drop Down -- You get list from Server using API) - Select Exam or Enter Exam Code ( Enter Exam code skips few screens, Select Exam takes to Next Form) - Exam Selection Form (5 - 7 Fields -- Based on selection they pull data from server using API) - Take User information (Form - Push to Server using API) - Display Form Data to User - Close All tasks from task list (If you get response from server to close all apps and processes except windows critical services also FEW other - you get excluding list also from server) - Capture PHOTO (Make sure user is in frame) - Capture another photo (for ID) - Record a small video - few seconds -- and play it back - Close Unwanted Programs and Make sure they remain closed (you get information from server) - Open Web Kit (Browser - to load a predefined URL and also few buttons and a user video + user in frame logic) - Nice Graphical User Interface for all screens - Record Screen - Record User Video and Audio - Upload screen and video/audio recordings to server -Lock browser, lock system, disable print screen, control + c, Control + v, Control +x etc. Thats it. -- I will demo the entire application which was built in Java!
