Hello, I have an experience in creating reliable VBA macros for Excel, which utilize Outlook to send emails. Emails can be sent both when Outlook is open and when it's closed. I created macros which send a single email or multiple emails at once, with attachments. I didn't encounter any problems with multiple emails sending, but if You already have such issue, then I can't guarantee that I will find solution to handling multiple emails, as it can be specific to Outlook settings, size of attachments, email domain used etc., but can provide the solution for one email. I can write a VBA function that can be incorporated into your Outlook 2010 to enable this. The overall concept would be: 1. You would have a button on the ribbon in Outlook 2010, that you would press to initiate the function. 2. There would be a list of email addresses to distribute the emails to (either in a separate file or in the code itself). 3. A file selection box would open, allowing you to select the attachments. 4. Outlook would draft a pre-set format email (you can provide a copy of your normal email format), attach the files and send individually to each recipient in the distribution list. 5. You will receive a message when complete.

I have already done similar project for the finance team in my company, which were sending the Aging Report to all the departments with several Excel attachments (10-30 attachments per email) in VBA.

I am pretty sure I understand your project. You have an excel list of email addresses to use an an input. You then want to type an email and send with an attachment (either a PDF or an excel file). You currently use Outlook 2010 as your email client. With that in mind, what I would suggest would be a program to read in the list of email addresses, allow you to write an email with the From, Subject, and Body fields, and attach a file. This program will then send out emails, one by one based on the excel sheet. I can do something like this for you fairly easily. If I am not mistaken, I have done something like this before, but it has been years and years ago.
