Game design

I create mobile apps and vr games and up till now my skill set in design is to basic to do what is needed and I’m currently creating a vr game that needs hands created I can rig it and animate it but it needs to be a lower poly for vr but still look high quality also need characters created with low poly count but still have good quality to it I use unity for the production and blender for animation so I would need it to be on file formats that go with blender also if this works out a menu system on 2d design I might need as well depending how this works out I will work with the designer for many future projects
