Windows Server 2016 Memory Leak & Event Log Errors

Hello This error message is usually not a problem if your applications are functioning right . But when system processes consume much RAM i have to think about hacking at first . Has any one been connecting to your system and doing any kind of work ? Maybe you hired a freelancer recently ? Thanks
