We had a server installed , set up for a small net work , IBM small server using windows 2012 server and VM ware . However the system crashed couple of times and the IT person who set it up did have a back up systems on HDD but to our dismay we found out the back up was not being done and the also the Raid within the server were not mirroring . As a result we lost data . We need someone competent who can set up the system properly so that we have proper back up , server doing its job . The server is running 2012 windows server and VM ware . We need someone who can physically come to our offices in Barnet , London and thereafter remote support.

I think the first will be check the server’s configuration (it is an AD, a TERMINAL SERVER, it is a DATABASE SERVER.,What applications are running in VMWARE, what type of RAID,etc) it may be necessary to install the operating system again and reconfigurations the raid system, then a backup system will be established depending on the type of application, this may have extra costs for example if it is necessary to buy a backup hardware or pay a space in the cloud but obviously it will be informed in the initial diagnosis
