Pipedrive & Integration Build - Contract

Next Wave is seeking an experienced systems-focussed IT whiz to build and customise our business’ CRM and project management workflows. The right person will have a good working knowledge of Pipedrive or similar CRMs and Zapier, with experience testing and refining these systems in an existing organisation. The successful contractor will be presented with an ideal system framework including pipelines and essential integrations between our existing systems. Next Wave will remain active in the build phase and envisages beginning the process with an in-person meeting. Next Wave has recently begun managing the arts venue, Brunswick Mechanics Institute and is looking to develop efficient online systems in order to assist the tracking of hires, events and leads. The new system will integrate with existing platforms (Microsoft 365, Trello, Xero, Mailchimp and Survey Monkey) and act as both a sales tracking, contact management and project management system. Deliverables: - Customised Pipedrive system (using an existing design framework provided) - Customised Zapier integration - Training – in person training to no less than three users - Support – continued online and phone support post-delivery to correct bugs (extent of which can be negotiated with successful applicant) Contract: $3000 + GST (if applicable) Timeline: Ideally completed by 31 May About the company: Next Wave is a non-profit arts organisation dedicated to the new generation of artists taking creative risks.
