LabView LTC Timecode Encoder/Decoder

I need a LabVied VI that can do realtime LTC Timecode deconding and encoding. this will be run on an MyRIO unit so should either be written for this or easily ported from another DAQ system. Ideally it would utilise the RT Module and FPGA Module and operate with as little overhead as possible. The VI should be able the, in terms of the decoder, output a string or timestamp with the current real time LTC timecode, and for the encoder, take in a formatted string, or timestamp and output LTC Timecode on an analogue or digital output. Ideally this would all be done on digital I/O in terms of encoding and decoding. The VI should also output the framerate on the decoder and require it as an input on the encoder. This would be required anyway in order to have correct timings.
