easy, just right click on the file and choose copy link to clipboard; it will share the file and put a public and static link to this file in clipboard. Go to raspberry and say wget <URL>

i think you can't install it but you can use drop box services from terminal. so if you want to do it i can help here. thanks for reading my proposal
