"user" as per job posting requirement
Hello,
Between 2007 and 2012 I was working for a small USA software company as member of a virtual team; my tasks were ranging from coding and manual testing to documentation writing and tech support.
Since 2013 I've been doing website testing and virtual assistance. My online job history is available on UpWork.
As an analyst I have experience with enterprise and commercial software; functional, usability, database and regression testing of database-driven web and desktop applications.
I'm aware of UI/UX concerns and cross-browser issues. On demand I can suggest solutions for enhancing the UI, the workflows and in general the UX.
I'm familiar with online bug tracking and/or project management software (Bugzilla, MantisBT, TeamWorkPM, Kanbanize, Trello), Office, SharePoint, Windows and Linux hosting. My desktop system and smartphone are running Windows 10.
As a programmer I have previous experience with various databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Advantage) and UI design.
In my capacity of QA analyst with programming background I need first of all to learn about your user base (geographyc zones, education, culture, age), business logic, software toolset and expected hardware in order to elaborate the right user cases.
Looking forward to learning more about the job requirements,
Ella Stern
