I have previous experience with Google Chrome Extensions installers. I can create the executable installer for your task. Although it will get the extension from the web store and install it in Google Chrome, it will not use the procedure you mentioned which is, "that will enter to chrome web store, click the installation button and confirm the installation.". Rather my installer uses another method to set it.

It can be done with a console application that launches Chrome with the url and then manipulates the mouse pos and clicks. I have tried before to do this in background tasks, it's meant to be possible if the extension's file is unpacked in the Chrome %APP_DATA% but i never got it to work. Regards, James
