call center reporting analysis

i am using asteriks to analyze my call center data. i would like someone to convert the data into charts that are more user friendly i would like to to know the following information in a colorful chart and excel spreadsheet Total talk time Total talk time per day of the week What day averages the most calls (how many calls) what days average the lowest calls (how many calls) are we understaffed according to the data how much more staff do we need to meet our call center volume which staff member takes most calls which staff member takes least calls best performing employee least performing employee which hour is busiest how many calls being dropped hold time ring time which agent is picking up most calls which agent pickin up least calls average ring time per agent average missed calls per agent duration of time per call per agent total incoming call per agent according to hours of day and duration of calls/missed calls are we understaffed? how many more staff do we need to hire to not miss any calls. etc..
