C# Application - Adding functionality to GUI

A client has sourced us with building various functionality to their existing C# application. Currently the applications is only a GUI layout of a application and has limited functionality (code). However, it has been outlined via a developer documented attached to the scope of this project which explains how the client would like their application to perform and function. Please review the document: OR Dev Document.pdf. Client has provided the skeleton of the C#/Visual Studio GUI. You can review the GUI under OR.zip. Additionally, the client has provided a DLL with various calculations which can help streamline the application. This will be included at a later date, when the developer(s) has been picked. Developer requirements: 1) must know C# 2) must know how to work with WinForm applications 3) milestones will be used with this project. Client is looking to have project completed within the next 15 to 30 days. Additional features will be added after this project. Good developer will be given additional projects.

Hi, I have gone through requirement pdf as well attached application. I can deliver within a 15 days. I have few questions which are as below: 1. Please can you send me csv format which we need to import. 2. Only one unit type allowed, you mean user must have same unit type for the checked rows? 3.
