Making Shopify App using Ruby on Rails

Hello, I own a shopify ecommerce store. I am looking for someone who is detailed, checks their work. This is what I need done. I have a dropbox with the shopify liquid snippet and js/css assets for the datepicker The backend code is written in ruby on rails framework and is hosted on heroku. You'll need the shopify_app gem to get it up and running (link here: [login to view URL]) I'm friends with the owner of Atlas coffee and they said that their code is setup to run off whenever a new order comes in (aka a webhook on orders/create) that will auto-delay future gift shipments in recharge if it's the first order and has a gift send date set. This person should be online most of the time and communicate with me via skype. My friend said that this is an easy task for any programmer who understands Ruby on rails, javascript and shopify.
