New Skin & Mods for PhpProBid.

I have an auction web site with PhpProBid installed. The script is installed, the categories are already set up, we have the logo and slogan in place and much of the site is functional. What I need is someone who has worked with PhpProBid and knows how to customize it. Below is the scope of this project: 1) Update the skin as we would like a better looking site. We need the header to be upgraded as the links at the top are not correct and it does not look that good. As well a cleaner better looking index page would be required 2) I need the registration area updated to allow users to add a photo and bio about themselves. This auction site is unique in that the auctions does not sell products but rather a service that is unique to the individual and that is why their picture and biography needs to be listed. 3) I would like the web site to function so that when a member places an auction or bids on one it will show their picture and bio if they want it to. Possibly it can give them the option to show it or hide it. 4) I will need some final adjustments to the web site as the last designer failed to complete the project. Therefore, certain functions are not yet complete such as the following: A. The Logout feature is not working B. The payment gateway is not yet set up, although this should be easy to do through the admin panel of the software. C. The page that lists our fee's needs to be set up. The person who is awarded this job will be used for all future upgrades to our website and therefore we need someone who is good at programming and managing scripts. Please only bid if you have worked with PhpProAuction software and know how to customize it. I need this done ASAP
