Hello, HELLO - looking for - how to set users that are not admins to not put TICKETS to DONE? - I have one user moving tickets to DONE that are incomplete How is it possible to modify settings - so only admins can move tickets to done? or a 2nd person other than the assigned person can move to done? -------------------- There is hope you can give your “best” price; unemployed, and have cancer with bills backing up, $12 possible?
