EquestriCraft Horse Plugin -- 2

I am the owner of a well known equestrian minecraft server called EquestriCraft (IP: [login to view URL]). We currently do not have any custom plugins and use a spigot plugin called HorseOverHaul but it is causing major crashing issues and we'd like to hire someone to replace that plugin. Here are some details of what we are looking for; Horses eat hay bales/ they disappear after a few hours of being near a horse along with cauldrons filled with water, they need to be near the horse for it to be hydrated. If the horses aren't fed then they get sick and can die. Since they can eat this also means they can defecate meaning brown carpet shows up on the ground and will need to be broken with a shovel. Horses can get sick meaning that they can have various equine diseases and if not taken care of by a Veterinarian then they have the chance of dying, the horses can be healed by a vet by using different splash potions or whatever else can work. When a horse is in bad condition they will slow down. Horses can have their own personalities and can buck, they can also have genders; stallions, mares, and geldings. Stallions can be gelded by vets using some type of tool. Stallions tend to buck more then mares and geldings. Stallions and mares also breed when they are left alone together, this is very rare though. This is extra and if it is too much work then this can be left out, but the ability to customize a horses jump, speed, personality, and gender. Only staff will be able to access this.
