My quic understanding is we need a web form which will gather the inputs and store in server db and at the same time if again the form is opened and edited with the data then it should be notified from the server that data has changed.. Really do you expect this.. OR You want to have a live connection and notify as and when record is edited

I'm not sure I fully understood what you need, so just to clarify, please let me explain what I think it is: you have a functional web application where users can place orders (regardless of what you're selling). This application will not change. The new application you need will monitor the existing application and notify certain users when new orders arrive. If the order status (or any other information) changes, the customer should be notified. If this is correct, how will the new application monitor the existing one? Will the existing web application call the new one (web services) or should the new application monitor the database for new entries? And how will users be notified? E-mail?
