Wordpress with paid subscription already half features working

Website basic flow (among them many things are already working and also there are stuffs that need fine tuning and some fresh implementations are also there) : VIP: 1. User register as VIP with document 2. After register user will get mail also admin will get mail that a user has registered please login to approve 3. VIP user will get mail that documents will be verified then they will be informed 4. After admin approves the account user will get mail again that there account has been approved and they can login now and upload contents. 5. User can login and upload contents as text or video or image or pdf but the contents will be in pending state until admin approves them 6. after user uploads contents admin will get email that user X has uploaded contents and waiting for approval. 7. after admin approves or in-approve contents user will get email that the content was approved or denied 8. after admin approves the content will be available on the users profile but will only be visible to the subscribed follower only to that X user who has uploaded the content. 9. admin can set the commission amount that he will need 15% of the VIP users subscription amount 10. VIP users will be able to view total followers also how much amount monthly he can get from his total followers. Normal User: 1. Register to the system and will receive email also admin will receive email that new user has registered 2. can see the VIP users who have been approved and can see there subscription charge 3. can follow them by paying the subscription charge. 4. after following they can view that VIP users content those are approved already by the admin 5. after following email will be sent to both the user and VIP user that a user has followed him and the user will get that he has followed a VIP user Note: Both the Normal users and VIP users can follow other VIP users Advance features: There will be a marketplace concept where VIP users will be able to upload Images and PDF and other stuffs like that and sale them to users who might be a VIP or might be a normal user. Also while registering normal user will upload proof document also as this site will be built in a way that there will be Adult users who will be >18 in age and also Teen users who will be <18 So while uploading the contents the VIP users will mark that the content is for adults or for teen and admin will approve the contents after checking. And by default the full site will display Teen contents only. After a user logs in to the system and if he is an adult user who has been approved b the admin after checking his/her document only then they can view all types of content in the site. If he/she is a teen user then they will only be able to see the teen contents. All the above will be the flow of the web site. And the follow plans will be generally Weekly or monthly basis. Also auto renewal for the followers must be there through PayPal, stripe payment gateway. And if needed the user will be able to turn off o even cancel his/her current subscription. But if he/she has already subscribed to someone say for a month then that subscription should be continued for that month. After that he will not the able to view the VIP uses content of whom account he/she has subscribed earlier.
