I do not think that 65/100 in mobile is possible because of the non fixable items. I will charge 3000 INR for over 65 in mobile and only 2000 INR if I do not get it over 65 in mobile. No bonus if it does go to 80 in mobile. Thanks and I have 7 years of PageSpeed and because of timezones let me have 3 days even though this is a 1 day job.
