Webform Integration

I need a webform with a bit of logic. My business has NetSuite and the Celigo connector ([login to view URL]). The connector makes things very easy................... We sell sports photographs. (1) I need to enter an item on the webform to be created in NetSuite, all the matrix sub-items (for example, 8x10 print, 11x14 print, 11x14 canvas, 16x20 canvas), must be created as children of the original parent. I also need to designate a different options classes of items, which have different children (some items cannot be sold in canvas, for example). The options and option classes should be dynamic (i.e., I can change them as needed). Examples: (1)Photo / All options (Photo print, canvas print, inkjet print: sizes 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24) (2)Jordan / Same as above, but no canvas (3)Uniframe / 20x20 or 7x7, Glass or No Glass (4 options) (4)Miniframe / This option only (5)Photoball / This option only .............................. The mapping is already done for you: uploading the attached CSV file already accomplishes this, but I want the data and logic to be accessible on the web (protected by a password, so using a webapp like formstack, etc. is probably the way to go). We would just have to point the connector to the webform app. Each additional tab on the spreadsheet (Teams, Players, etc.) represents live data which I would want updated on the form when I make an update in NetSuite (I can set up the [login to view URL] connector to push any updates to a MySQL, API or webhook). The form should filter the teams and players, so you only see "James, Lebron" when you select "NBA" and "Los Angeles Lakers" or "Cleveland Cavaliers" must be capable of filtering present and past teams, which I will update. You will probably have questions.
