Web based website for database uses

Simple website which is purely database based. (Login & user creation along with user based rights as usual) Password change option with email option Section 1: a. Create database & name it b. How many rows & column. (Addition of column if required) Section 2. a. List of database 1. 2. 3. & so on by clicking 1, 2, 3 one can view database. b. In this there has to search parameter so that from the entire database on can search based on requirements with respect to columns c. Import & export database via excel d. Addition of data individually based on the database headers e. Print of the database in pdf format. Section 3 1. Create project - Name - state - city - (Date of event - Date from - till -) (dry run date from till) & (Exam Date from till) 2. Import prospects (based from above database via excel) 3. Send invite by email to the individuals chosen as prospects (here a draft mail body has to be created in which we would be just adding parameters based on database like mass mailing) 4. Once confirmed - recheck with the confirmation (based on email input which we have received as confirmation - there has to be updating/correction in data (if required) which we will term as confirmed count along with dates approved by them. so there will be new tabs as - Mutually Approved - Declined by Venue - Rejected by us - Awaiting - Awaiting - not willing on conditions - Awaiting - additional conditions required 4. Project overall health summary at given point of time. a. Total venue as per prospect (approved & awaiting) b. Approved venues list with details c Awaiting venues list along with details Section 4. Generate PO cum agreement based on approved inputs (Generic Mail) Section 5. Generate Invoices based on approved input data. Closure of project after which data can't be changed. (Only admin can change it) User levels with rights Password change Mass mailing generic formats. Configuration of mass mailing. Provide maintenance services to clients even after their website is live, for minimum of 3 months. I might need to add few parameters in search section creating database, viewing, in project would like to add multiple parameters. Coder should be open to help me in complete requirement of mine with respect to this project as everything can't be pen down. Mass mailing should work fine.
