Bonjour! I will be happy to help you with that. We will have a Google Script bounded to a Google spreadsheet. The script will be called using a custom menu inside the spreadsheet. When you call the script, it will show a prompt box asking you to enter the URL of the folder, then the script will run. It will go through the folder and all of its subfolders and all of subfolders subfolders "to the deepest point", then it will log the data into the Google spreadsheet. I have worked with many Google scripts that involve the same concept "reaching files to the deepest point inside a folder" while the other requirements are relatively easy.
