I have experience in odds websites such as Oddsportal, etc. However, based on my past experience, my suggestion would be use an sql database for storing the data. Google sheets tend to become slow when the data is large. Given that matches will be scraped everyday, the database is expect to grow in size over time. Moreover, data querying through filters on Google sheet would become very slow as the data increases. Please connect with me to discuss your requirement in more detail.
