We need complete package with web application and iOS & android apps for Restaurant with Centralized Database. We have 5 restaurants and we want to host application database in our head-office. This application should also work in both online and offline. We don't want to develop from scratch and please don't bid for any development. As we said, we need ready-made package with fixed price for both licensing and source code. We expecting application in ASP.NET MVC or PHP framework and NATIVE mobile apps with all primary features.
