Hello, I'm looking for a simple web script that will process the average cost per square foot of homes sold in a particular zip code. The data would be displayed in a table with the following headers: Address | Price | Beds | Baths | Sqft | $Per Sqft | % Below Avg The data will come from the website Redfin.com. [login to view URL] allows users to enter a zip code and download the list of homes that were sold in that particular area. The download is in .csv format. This is where the web script will get its data from, so there's no web scraping involved. The Data Analyzer will analyze the .csv file via upload and produce the following information in the table format shown above. (See Attached file) The web script should allow me to click on any address to take me directly to the listing on Redfin that link is already provided via the uploades .csv file. Lastly, the script will also allow me to select one or more addresses and export it in .csv format.

Hi, while checking the website, I don't see where to download the data as a csv.. Perhaps we have to log on... Also the App have to scrape data in all cases, so it implies web scraping. I can provide an easy to use Excel/VBA app to get the data and format it as you want and let you select and generate a new csv. Thanks ..
